I heard a psychologist talking the other other day on the radio who recommended that people only listen or watch the news in the mornings so that they can sleep at night.
It's easy to sink under the mire of sadness and anger, but this won't help anyone , or change anything.
For myself, I plan to make a conscious effort to be positive , figuring that each time I say something positive to someone else it will make them feel better!
My gallery visitor made my day yesterday when he looked at this little painting and said "I really like that you paint your cars with eyes " - each time I think of that I smile.
Try it. And maybe that person that you're kind to will be nice to someone else....and on and on. 😊
